Even in the year 2001 anti -race conference held at Durban in South Africa where the same matter was discussed. Indian government has made it clear in the conference that it is not applicable in India but Phule-Ambedkarite movement has always focused this issue. Dr.B.R.Ambedkar is the main idol of Phule-Ambedkar movement. In post Ambedkar period there is debate on Mulnivasi identity.
